The short version: Use the Service legally and honestly. Your content is yours — we can't read it. You can export or delete everything at any time. We don't sell your data or run ads.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Service operated by WhatIsYourLife LLC at whatisyourlife.com and app.whatisyourlife.com (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of the Service
Life OS is a personal productivity and life management application. It offers a range of optional sections — including Health, Finance, Career, Fitness, Relationships, Family, and more — that you can use to organize information about your life. You choose which sections to use and what information to store. Optional features include integration with Google Calendar to view, sync, and manage calendar events within the app.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
4. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@whatisyourlife.com of any unauthorized use of your account.
5. Your Content and Data Ownership
You retain full ownership of all content you create, upload, or store within the Service ("Your Content"). We do not claim any ownership over Your Content.
Your Content is stored in your personal Firebase/Firestore account, scoped to your authenticated user ID. Firebase security rules ensure that only you can access your own data — WhatIsYourLife LLC does not have access to the content of your Life OS sections.
By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store and display Your Content solely as necessary to provide the Service to you. We do not use Your Content for any other purpose.
6. Data Export and Deletion
You have full control over your data at all times:
- Export: You may export your data in JSON format at any time from within the app.
- Deletion: You may delete your account and all associated data at any time from Profile Settings within the app. Deletion is processed immediately.

7. Google Calendar Integration
The Service offers optional integration with Google Calendar via OAuth. By connecting your Google account, you authorize the Service to:
- Read and manage events across your Google calendars
- Push Life OS events back to your Google Calendar
- Import and classify events (including birthday events) into relevant Life OS sections
All Google Calendar data is accessed through your authenticated Google session. WhatIsYourLife LLC does not have independent access to your Google Calendar data outside of your authenticated session. You may revoke this access at any time through your Google Account settings at myaccount.google.com.
8. Usage Monitoring
To operate and support the Service, WhatIsYourLife LLC collects limited usage data including login timestamps and which screens of the app were visited during a session. This data is attributed to your account email or display name and is visible to the app administrator for service monitoring and support purposes only. The app administrator does not have access to the content of your Life OS data — only to login and navigation activity.
9. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts
- Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Service
- Use the Service for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
10. Privacy
Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
11. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content (excluding Your Content) are and will remain the exclusive property of WhatIsYourLife LLC. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used without our prior written consent.
12. Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with third-party services including Google (authentication and calendar) and CJ Affiliate (affiliate link tracking). Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of any third-party service.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
14. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WHATISYOURLIFE LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.
15. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from Profile Settings within the app, or by contacting support@whatisyourlife.com.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the Effective Date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
17. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
